I’ve always moved through life with a deep sense of curiosity. And for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to life’s mysteries, seeking to understand the meaning of it all.

While a part of me followed a practical professional path for 30 years, another part quietly nurtured my soul and spirit. That inner calling led me to ancient sacred sites around the world and into deep study of various healing modalities with teachers from diverse traditions - including my early explorations of astrology. Each experience revealed another layer… another insight… another perspective.

But the real transformation began when I started sitting with a Wise Woman and Keeper of the Women’s Mysteries. In that sacred container, I began to understand the interconnectedness of it all. The years of searching finally made sense. I was gently guided into remembrance - through the ancient myths and rituals of the Egyptian and Greek temples… the beauty of the Earth her seasons… the language of the stars, the cycles of the moon, and the deep wisdom of the body and soul dreams. It was from this place of reconnection that I felt called to deepen my understanding of astrology’s ancient lineage through formal study, focusing on the Hellenistic era in Ancient Egypt.

That journey became the foundation for the work I now offer: supporting women in reconnecting with their soul essence and inner knowing. My work is an integration of all I’ve gathered, held within a container of feminine wisdom and soul guidance.

  • Over 30 years of marketing and business consulting, including coaching and mentoring, business strategy, innovation and transformation.

  • Years of mentorship in the Women’s Mysteries: intuitive guidance, energy work, ancestral healing, temple ritual.

  • Professional training and certification into the lineage of Hellenistic Astrology with Demetra George and Kelly Surtees

  • Certification in Functional Nutrition—deepening my connection to food as medicine, natural living, and holistic health

  • Extensive travel to sacred ancient sites across Greece - from the temple of oracle Delphi, to the birthplace of Apollo & Artemis in Delos, and the goddess sites in Crete - through to the ancient lands of India, Mexico, China, and the UK, to name a few.

  • Studies in holistic counselling, energy healing, yoga, and feminine embodiment.
