A little about me…

My life has always been drawn toward understanding the bigger picture and mystery of it all.

While part of me followed what some would call a more practical professional path for over 30 years, my spirit was always guiding me toward travel to sacred ancient sites and the study of various healing modalities. Each experience offered a new layer of understanding the world.

However, the real transformation emerged when I started sitting with a Wise Woman and Keeper of the Women’s Mysteries. In that container, I began to understand the interconnectedness of life. She guided me into remembrance of my soul essence through the ancient myths and rituals of the Egyptian and Greek temples, the beauty of the Earth her seasons, the language of the stars, the cycles of the moon, and the deep wisdom of the body and soul dreams. And it was from this place of reconnection that I felt called to further my studies into the ancient Egyptian and Hellenistic lineage of astrology.

That journey became the foundation for the work I now offer: Empowering others on a journey toward their sacred soul essence.

My work is an integration of all I’ve gathered, held within a container of feminine wisdom and sacred guidance. Some of the experiences that shape the way I work:

  • Professional training, certification and ongoing studies into the lineage of Traditional Hellenistic Astrology with teachers Demetra George, Kelly Surtees, Chris Brennan and Adam Elenbaas.

  • Over 30 years of marketing and business consulting, including coaching and mentoring, business strategy, innovation and transformation.

  • Years of mentorship into the Women’s Mysteries: intuitive guidance, energy work, ancestral healing, temple ritual, feminine embodiment, journey of the soul, ancient myths, sacred seasons of change, sacred ritual days.

  • Certification in Functional Nutrition—deepening my connection to food as medicine, natural living, and holistic health

  • Extensive travel to sacred ancient sites across Greece - from the temple of oracle Delphi, to the birthplace of Apollo & Artemis in Delos, and the goddess sites in Crete - through to the ancient lands of India, Mexico, China, and the UK, to name a few.

  • Studies and certifications in holistic counselling, philosophy, pranic healing and yoga.
